  This Tuesday marks the end of the first nine weeks period for the 2021-2022 school year. As we close our first quarter it is powerful to take some time to stop and reflect before moving forward. Reflection is a powerful tool that can provide clarity for the next steps in order to move forward. Take some time this week to think about what went really well this nine weeks period. Be sure to celebrate that. Think about what has not gone well or what needs to be changed moving forward. It is not too late to make adjustments. The point is to pause, reflect, plan, move forward, and believe the best is yet to come!   At PVES we work hard every day, and we have high expectations for ourselves and our students. It is important that we make sure we are stopping to recognize the positives and celebrate successes along the way. We have much to celebrate at PVES! Believe is defined as accepting something as true. It can also be categorized as having confidence in something. This week I want to remind you to believe in yourself. Believe that you are called for a purpose to do great work. Believe that the best is yet to come for you and for your students! This belief along with remembering your why will make you unstoppable.
